If we detect any of these activities, we'll suspend your account, investigate, and may report the matter to relevant authorities. Any winnings obtained through prohibited means will be voided.
All content on verde-game.com, including logos, graphics, game content, and written material, is owned by or licensed to Verde. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission.
Verde provides its services on an 'as is' basis. We don't guarantee that the site will be available at all times or free from errors. We're not liable for losses caused by technical failures, third-party service outages, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by Canadian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of verde-game.com is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You can close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification, provided there are no outstanding issues with your account.
Verde may close or suspend your account if you breach these terms, if we're required to do so by law or a regulatory body, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of your province of residence. Ontario players are subject to Ontario law and iGaming Ontario's regulatory framework. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Canadian law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email and by posting the updated terms on this page. Continuing to use verde-game.com after changes take effect means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you should close your account before the changes come into force.
